Circa £500 daily inclusive – Contract

Our clients specialise in the design and construction of sophisticated environmental facilities; providing a complete turnkey package to the high technology industries, particularly Pharmaceuticals and Food industries. They are looking to recruit, on a long term contract, two accomplished Project Manager to work site based on a £3m cleanroom project in Hertfordshire. The successful candidates will be responsible for running the project from start to finish, be able to influence outcomes, commercially aware and control project delivery, time, cost and H&S. Duties will include:
Overseeing the progression and development of the project during the pre construction, construction, commissioning and snagging periods.
Overseeing various onsite personnel.
Ensuring client satisfaction.
Liaison with design teams.
Progress reports
Health & Safety.
Experience of  managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry is essential. The project is a full turnkey, and therefore applicants will be allrounders with particular strong project management skills and general working knowledge of various disciplines including turnkey build, architectural fit out, HVAC and electrical and commissioning.
